For almost two decades, Latin Village in Seven Sisters, a covered market that has long been a vital hub for Colombians, Ecuadorians, Venezuelans and Dominicans in London, faced demolition as part of redevelopment plans. This collaboration between photographer Silvana Trevale and stylist Daniela Benaim – both Venezuelan immigrants in London – is a celebration of the fiercely determined community that successfully fought to preserve the future of what has become a home.
